Fine Dust Filters
Your health is your most important asset and you should enjoy your woodworking free from fear of inhaling potentially harmful dust particles.
These Fine Dust Filters will remove 95% of dust particles down to 1 micron diameter and are effective in removing dust particles down to 0.4 micron diameter.
We offer 3 sizes, all designed to be hung from the ceiling with the chain supplied (the 780 model can be wall mounted). Low power consumption, easy change filters.
The filter medium utilized in Microclene’s complete range are provided by BTR Environmental, one of the worlds leading suppliers of polyester and Vokes continual glass filament filters. The synthetic filter medium used by Microclene has been specially developed for air filtration and consists of 100% polyester fibres, which are thermally bonded for optimum filtration efficiency and to avoid fibre shredding. |

Fine Dust Filter 1210
Designed with a big workshop in mind, the MC 1210 will easily take on a workshop up to 120 cubic metres. A massive flow rate of 1200 cubic metres per hour makes light work of the toughest jobs.
Hang from the ceiling near the centre of the room. Placing on the floor will disrupt the airflow reducing efficiency.
Timber, fibre glass, metal or stone dust, the MC 1210 provides the power to give protection for you and your machinery. Very efficient and economical costing only a few pence a day to run. |
