Merlin is the smallest chainsaw in the world and it's an absolute wizard of a tool. It features an eight-tooth saw chain that's only two inches (50mm) in diameter powered by a Proxxon mini grinder. It also includes a red tungsten carbide disc great for shaping and a variety of accessories that make this miniature carving tool ideal from start to finish detail on woodworking projects. The carbide teeth guarantee long edge life and clean work surfaces. The five accessories allow you to do most of your miniature work with one tool, from removing stock to finishing the surface. The slender neck of the Proxxon mini grinder also lets you get into places that are hard to reach.
This set is also excellent for paint and rust removal, cutting small components, sharpening tools, auto repairs, model and tool & die making. Merlin allows for smooth cutting and excellent control, light stock removal and use in tight, difficult to reach areas. This wizard will do what other tools just can’t do. Merlin can be used with a variety of accessories for deburring, grinding, roughing, finishing and chamfering on steel, non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics, alabaster, soap stone and other hard surfaces.

A variety of other 2" (50mm) disc accessories are available to fit Merlin to expand your creativity.
